Student Visa

The purpose of the Student visa is to allow international students to undertake full-time education and training in Australia. TSS 482 VISA (TEMPORARY SKILL SHORTAGE VISA)

TSS visa enables employers to address labour shortages by hiring skilled workers where they cannot find an appropriately skilled Australian. It facilitates employment of foreign workers to address temporary skill shortages, while ensuring that Australian workers get priority. TSS visa holders can work in Australia in their nominated occupation and may have a pathway to permanent residency.

Family Visa

PARTNER VISA AUSTRALIA

Australian Partner Visas allow married or de facto (same or opposite sex) couples to enter and remain in Australia with their partner. If you are in a genuine committed relationship with a non Australian and you are an Australian Citizen, Australian permanent resident, an eligible New Zealand Citizen, there are a number of options for you and your spouse or de facto under the partner visa program.

Visa Refusal Appeal

An application fee of A$3,000 is payable in all cases, except when applying for review of a bridging visa decision (including any related decision to require a security bond) that resulted in a person being placed in immigration detention. In cases where a 50% fee reduction is granted the reduced fee will be $1500.

Visa Cancellation

Not all decisions are reviewable by the AAT. For example,

you cannot apply to have a decision reviewed by the AAT if the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection personally decides to refuse or cancel your visa under section 501 of the Migration Act 1958.
